Woolbright Development, Inc. (“W1 Salon Studios,” "W1," "we," "us," or "our") operates the W1 Salon Studios text messaging program (the "Program"). The Program sends text messages (SMS) and multimedia messages (MMS) to individuals who have provided prior express written consent to receive them.
These SMS/MMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the Program. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.
Program Name: W1 Salon Studios
Message Types: Marketing, promotional, and informational messages regarding studio availability, rates, tours, location openings, events, and related leasing opportunities; responses to inquiries you submit; and scheduling and appointment communications.
You may enroll in the Program by checking the calls and texts consent box on a W1 web form and submitting your mobile number, by texting a keyword to our Program number, or by providing written consent to a W1 representative.
By opting in, you authorize W1 and its service providers acting on our behalf to send you messages at the mobile number you provide, including through an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology. Consent is not a condition of licensing a studio, booking a tour, purchasing any goods or services, or submitting any form.
You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and that you are the subscriber or the customary user of the mobile number you provide. If you stop using that number or transfer it to another person, you agree to notify us promptly at [EMAIL].
After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message. If you do not wish to participate, reply STOP to that message.
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with W1. Messages are recurring.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving messages, particularly if you do not have an unlimited messaging or data plan. W1 is not responsible for any such charges. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from the Program. You may also opt out by emailing [EMAIL] or calling [PHONE].
After you send STOP, we will send a single message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will receive no further messages from the Program unless you opt in again.
Opting out of the Program does not remove you from our email list or from other communications you have separately consented to receive. To manage those preferences, see our Privacy Policy.
Reply HELP to any message from the Program, or contact us at [EMAIL] or [PHONE]. Replying HELP will return our contact information and a link to these SMS Terms.
The Program may not be available on all mobile carriers or devices. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. W1 does not guarantee that any message will be delivered, delivered on time, or delivered without error. Delivery depends on factors outside our control, including carrier networks, device settings, and service availability.
We collect your mobile number, name, email address, and the information you provide when you enroll, together with records of your consent, your messages to and from the Program, and related delivery data. We use this information to operate the Program and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with service providers who support the Program on our behalf and who are contractually restricted from using it for any other purpose, and as required by law.
We retain your mobile number and consent records for as long as you remain enrolled and thereafter as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or any portion of it, at any time without notice. We may also update these SMS Terms by posting a revised version with a new Effective Date. Your continued participation after we post changes means you accept them.
These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and are subject to the dispute resolution, governing law, venue, warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, and indemnification provisions of our Terms of Service
